Project Development & Preliminary Engineering

CFS Panel Engineering

PeerEngine will create complete engineered shop drawings including plan layouts, elevations and wall section showing stud sizes and structural connections. LOD200 Panel Submittal and Project Management will help drive the design process and eliminate any delays.

BIM Coordination

If BIM coordination with other trades is part of your project, we handle that for you. This can be a very time consuming and costly process if this is not done during or prior to creating Fabrication Tickets.

Fabrication Tickets

PeerEngine utilizes proprietary software, collaborative design teams and standardized quality control process to generate complete and accurate fabrication tickets ready for your factory floor.

Design & Analysis Software:

PeerEngine uses a variety of structural analysis software tools from simplified SDOF and linear finite element, to advanced non-linear dynamic analysis software as well as proprietary cfs panelization software:

SteelSmart® System (SSS) provides PeerEngine with an essential tool engineered for both fast and accurate design, as well as presenting them with the budgeting necessary for light steel framing. Using SSS, PeerEngine engineers are able to design and detail members, connections, and fasteners for Curtain Wall, Load Bearing Wall, X-Brace Shear Wall, Roof Truss, Roof Joist, Floor Framing, and Moment-Resisting Short Wall. In addition SSS now allows for design against wind loads as well as the simple creation of construction drawings.

SteelSmart® Framer (SSF) provides PeerEngine with the ability to better design, estimate, and communicate light steel framing on projects using Autodesk® Revit® Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Using SSF, PeerEngine engineers are able to utilize designs engineered in SSS to create a complete 3-D model with every stud, track, and connector to ensure estimates, panel drawings, and fabrication tickets are as accurate as possible.

Extreme Loading® for Structures Software (ELS), is an advanced non-linear structural analysis software tool designed specifically for structural engineers. Using ELS, PeerEngine engineers are able to study the 3-D behavior of structures through both the continuum and discrete stages of loading. This includes static and dynamic loads such as those generated by blast, seismic events, impact, progressive collapse, and wind.
